I know I am I'll admit it, I hate that I've matured to the point where I find it hard to play games for continuous hours. Now I get bored after playing for a short while unless I'm with people and I have someone to talk to.
-
Nope, I still solo multiplayers for hours. Having a friend or two along with me is a rare bonus.
-
wats a filthy casual i dont get it
-
I like to think I'm not.
-
Yes, I too have been realizing the same experience. I am becoming a filthy casual hence my name
-
No, I'm just waiting for another game worth hours and hours of my time to come out... .. its been a while...
-
I guess so. Used to be able to play multiplayer games like COD by myself for hours and hours. Now I only ever play online with friends. Single player games can still hold me down for hours though, like dark souls.
-
The last four times I've played Halo was when I was drunk with my mates (after we hit the pubs or whatever, we just say -blam!- it and play). So yeah... Not serious anymore really...
-
Depends on the game and the situation.
-
I feel the same way.
-
I am.
-
Do you have a Razer "gaming" laptop?
-
I don't know. I kinda go on binges. I won't play at all for weeks or months and the. Play for ridiculous amounts of time when I get a new game or something. But I've never been that hardcore min/maxer or cared about my K/D or anything.
-
Just played Dark Souls for 11 hours straight... I wouldn't consider myself a filthy casual.
-
I can still sit and play a good single player for the better part of a day, but multiplayer....can't get close to how much time I could spend on Halo 2. I think that I'm just not willing to put the effort in as much as a lot of people these days
-
I AM GAMER THING it varies.. But skyrim and fallout? Yeah I loose track if time
-
Bitch, I might be.
-
Are you a filthy animal?
-
Nah I almost prefer playing games by myself in most cases. Doesn't mean I don't enjoy playing while talking to other people, but I could easily do without it.
-
yes :(
where I find it hard to play games for continuous hours. Now I get bored after playing for a short while unless I'm with people and I have someone to talk to.
I've also reached this point in my life, and I've been thinking about it a lot. Is it a good thing? Is it bad that I don't find my "favorite" hobby as enjoyable as I once did? They don't hold my attention the way they used to, and it's heartbreaking. I don't want to not love video games. I want to continue enjoying them... and I do still, but now it's less.. Maybe it's because I've been super-depressed lately and I find most everything to be complete shit these days?
-
I can only play a game for an hour or so before I quit and try to do something else to alleviate boredom. Playing multiplayer games is no fun without a friend to talk to or play with. In fact, a lot of the time I just talk to a friend and Twitch stream my gameplay of a single-player game just because playing alone is so boring.
-
Yeah, I'm a disgustingly filthy casual. I'm not even good at a lot of games, either.
-
Yeah. There's only one game I can play non-stop nowadays and not get bored.
-
Baby I'm whatever you want me to be
-
I'm the same. On a calm day off though I can try to enjoy a single player game, but I can't as I did as a child.
Recon is a filthy casual. I mean what
-
Nah I can't play games casually.
