The above animation was made with EasyToon. There's also [url=http://pivotanimator.net/]Pivot[/url], which is simpler and might be easier to learn the basics of animation with. Plus, Pivot allows colours and transparent objects. Those are the only two programs I know of, but I'm sure there's more (:_)
