Looks alright I guess. Have never played the old Thief games but I'm a bit wary of some of the stuff shown. The detective vision that every game seems to have nowadays, footsteps when standing up not making much noise, the AI patterns seem fairly simple and I wished they noticed the small details (like the jewelry being gone in the glass cases).
I'm also worried about the dash move. It seems to make escaping certain situations very easy. But despite my worries I may grab the game anyway.
And the demo is being run on a PC by the way.

You should watch the Thief Customization video. It shows you how hard you can make this game be, and the amount of stuff you can get rid of.

Edited by Hunter: 2/14/2014 11:18:08 PMYou can actually turn off the "detective vision" (known as focus), and many other things as well. Such as UI, health items (health doesn't regenerate), poppy flowers (to replenish focus), etc.
