So we got a specialty butcher shop in my neighborhood.
Never really had one of these growing up, but as an adult, im loving buying fresh meats and veggies from local growers, that only have grain and grass fed cattle and pigs.
Delicious stuff.
What are your experiences with butcher shops flood?

Edited by RIP delta: 2/14/2014 2:23:51 PMMy family has a holiday place on a big estate, so in summer when I'm there I love walking to the Hall and visiting their farmshop to buy meat. Its made all the better by the fact that 'local' in their sense means 'from the fields 50 metres away'. Best Venison Steak I've ever had has come from there. These days I make do with my local co-op as I don't want to buy from the local butchers as they all seem dodgy.
