Would you consider yourself a nerd just because your a gamer? And is it fair to be labeled as such in modern society when nerd is such a negative connotation? Do you care? I'm sure a lot of people have had trouble being a "nerd" in their life for loving what they do. I know I have. I personally have learned not to care about what others think of my hobby and my preferred pass time. Tell me your stories and opinions.

Edited by Rhynerd: 2/12/2014 2:24:21 AMDid I ever tell you how I got my username? Because really that doesn't exactly justify the nerd portion on it's own. Was does though was my early addiction to television, my years of going to MOSI summer science camp, and of course my game-related things. (Including some board-game related stuff). Stuff that could be used as proof aside: I've been called Rhynerd before I even seemed nerdy. Ultimately though it matters not. Rhynerds will be Rhynerds, even when they're trails of thought drift. Am I still on topic?
