16 year old teen girl arrested for child porn for posting nude selfies.

She is only 16, not legally an adult so can it really be called child porn? I don't think that 16 year olds should be posting nudes on twitter, but do you think that juvenile is the best option for her?

6 Replieslaw is designed to stop minors being taken advantage of, not to stop them posting theirselves. By all means arrest anybody else with the images, but the girl who took them? Surely she can take photos of herself without prosecution
