1) Monday February 17th will be the anniversary of Destiny's official reveal and the release of the Pathways out of Darkness Vidoc.
2) Bungie was entertaining guests at their studio on the week of the 1/31/14 Weekly Update. The phrasing of the event implies that they might have had a ton of people from the press over at Bungie.
3) Typically it seems like after said press events they usually give the media outlets about two or three weeks to write their articles and prepare their content for release once the embargo lifts. In this case, this would put embargo expiration date around Monday February 17th, 2014.
4) Things have been a little slow from an information standpoint since the January Podcast. It's almost as if Bungie was saving things up for something.
Infer what you will and hype up what you will. I'm just pointing out the breadcrumbs, if they end up leading nowhere, you know who to blame.

Your last prediction was pretty close.. so I hope this one is too.

Edited by sleepr28: 2/7/2014 9:01:37 PMI really hope so, it's been a long time since we had a proper trailer imo.

The GameInformer article was pretty darn informative, if we can get something similar in the next few weeks, and maybe even another ViDoc, I'll probably be satisfied until the Beta.
-
Mmm, yum.
-
Maybe the next ViDoc will be a silent film >.>

The first statement may be coincidence but I'll take the possibility. The rest do hint that a new batch of fresh info should start to drop soon. It would be nice to get some new gameplay videos, so here's hoping.

This would be great.

Some good sleuthing. Hope it's true.

I'm still hungry

2/17? I'm totally taking this as my b.day has become a day for hype. As it should be. Ha

If you're right i hope they've answered to the press definitively whether 6v6 or 8v8 is the max for team PvP. And that Game Informer can learn to ask better goddamn followups just y'know in general.

Seems like a logical assumption, but I won't get myself too excited.
