well, i got some but they're the dried variety. you can't cook it or you need a gas mask and latex gloves.
so there isn't any way to prepare them in recipes or anything(like chilli con carne y queso for example?) without needing OSHA approved PPE?

Soak them, but don't throw away the water, use it in whatever recipe you're making.

I eat them whole and chew them up. Anyway, ghost chilis are old school now. Try the trinidad moruga peppers or the carolina reapers.
