Batman vs Darth Vader vs Master Chief vs Superman vs Dora the Explorer
All characters are in their prime.
Batman gets exactly one month of prep time for all four of them and can bring any gadget/tool he can fit in his fanny pa- err I mean utility belt...
Vader gets just what you'd expect him to have.
Chief is armed with a BR, two Halo 3 magnums (hue) two frags, one plasma and one energy sword.
Supes is well, Supes.
and Dora has her Backpack, backpack. Backpack, backpack...
Who wins? Personally, I think Dora would solo.
