What would you do?
So I pondered over this question myself but I though I should put it to you guys.
As the mail sack this week asks: what would the political and religious implications be of the arrival of the Traveller? AKA what would you do if the traveller arrived tomorrow?

That depends on its relative location to were I am. If I am near it I am going to start trying to use abilities. If I'm far I'm going to be on the first plane their and then do the above

I would live it up. The arrival of the traveler sparked the Golden Age. I'll most likely be dead by the time of the collapse anyways.

11 RepliesIt would most likely cause anarchy amongst the worlds many religion. Anarchy leads to violence, violence leads to killing, killing is bad. I would want to hide from the bad killing, so to answer your question, I would hide.

I'd start building the city wall, because the darkness was following it, I would then tell everyone to stay on earth, and get strong, and wipe the floor with those floating triangles.

I would accept it. The Traveler is good...unless it turns out that at some point the Traveler will turn against us...but we'll worry about that later.

I only entered my profession because climate change was an issue I wanted a hand in resolving; I'm in it for glory and survival. With the arrival of the Traveler, everything about that would change. tl;dr I'm making vidya games and muziks.

See if I can get a job building the giant slingshot because the traveler must be part of Bungies plans for world domination. For me personally it wouldn't make any difference in what I believe or just life in general, at least in the short term. Once the wars start then there might be more of an impact but that's at least a few months away.
