The next addition to the Combat Mission family was announced and its about Operation Bagration!
Combat Mission is a Battlefield simulator (RTS or Turn based style) that has titles about Modern and World War 2 warfare, this new game adds a wealth of things and I can't freaking wait. Be warned though this is an extremely hard core game, it is difficult to learn and master!
We are finally headed back to the eastern front in a CM game, and with the line up of new features here Its probably going to be the best yet, the Soviets are going to be a very interesting force indeed. There squads, HQ's and air support work very differently than the more sophisticated Germans or Americans/Commonwealth. Flamethrowers are going to make a huge difference to, especially since these features will be added to CM Normandy and CM Italy.
Combat Mission is a very obscure game that isn't in the mainstream, if you want to give it a shot I will link the CM Normandy demo, if you have questions please ask, Combat Mission is a great game to play for something extremely realistic, and different! You also don't need a super computer, even a crappy laptop could play it!

Note: Look out for an AAR (After Action Report) I will be doing in the near future with a Combat Mission game, you may like it!
