I liked it initially, killed a couple of big bosses. I realized I just had to grind until I can kill things and I decided to stop.

You don't have to grind anything... You can beat the game at Soul Level 1 with un-upgraded gear. I honestly don't get where people get the notion that they have to grind from...

While I understand that any boss can be beaten by staying at lvl 1, it isn't exactly practical. Which is why the alternative (grinding) is a con against the game in my opinion.

I've never had to grind, leveling is really easy, and even though you may not be as high in stats as you'd like for a certain boss or level if you use caution and strategy any boss can be beaten. Difficult but rewardibg
