PS is it just me, or did they push back the release date for the new turtle beaches? I'd much rather just get an adapter though. [spoiler]did that sentence even make sense?[/spoiler]
Perhaps someone could let me know if there is a good headset out there i could just plug into my tv or somthing? Do astros or trittons do that? This way i dont have to deal with this sillyness, i just didn't want to pay a ton of money if it could be avoided.

I bought noise-cancelling headphones via Amazon for ~£25 (~$41). They've done a fantastic job so far.

Depends, usually a headset for parties and FPS', but use my speakers for anything else.
