Help with basic inequality graphing.

Being a second year calculus student at University, inequalities are nothing more than a facet of everyday life. I was helping my grade 9 brother out with some inequality theory he didn't understand, easy peasy, until I saw this piece of shit. The question is "Determine which inequality matches the number line". I'm temped to just write down x=-2, x=-1, x=0, x=1, x=2, but I'm not sure if this is correct. In Canada, lessthan/equalto and greaterthan/equalto are defined as solid circles, and greaterthan/lessthan are open circles. Any thoughts?
