Picked one heck of a time to let us know of this when Guise of the Wolf released. That game is GOD AWFUL! Downloading now, possible video sooner or later.

Edited by Decimator Omega: 1/28/2014 6:40:26 AMOkay, time for a review. I see that this game was made with Unity, and to be exact Unity Pro. I use Unity for most if not all of my projects, so I can understand it's limitations. The good things: -A decent First Person Controller, I suggest increasing the run speed when you hold down shift. -Has a GUI and gives hints -Careful Environment design -Implemented Lightning. (That's something I can't do yet) - Flashlight included. The bad things: - Lack of light in the Flashlight, no on and off click sound, please take a couple lessons from one of My games, even though my game here has no purpose whatsoever because I didn't give it a purpose, currently it's just to dick around. -No Online. No one is either playing the game or the netcoding is busted. - The .exe crashes after you quit (at least it's not as bad as hitting quit only to play the game again, I've made that mistake in one of my own games before without even realizing my error in the script.) -No settings before startup. What if I don't want to play this game in full screen? -Slow moment, you should increase the speed to at least run pretty damn well, not walk when holding shift. -Not many options - Weapon is a lot lower than it needs to be and it's on the left hand instead of the right. That's my 2 cents. Hopefully you have a dedicated team that will eventually fix many of these changes, because my game was a team of 3 and 1 guy did not put any effort at all, making it impossible to make it a good game. Oh and btw, you might want to find out why it's crashing. Overall, it's not a bad game. I like the concept you have. That's kinda the concept I was aiming for with HouseTrap, except it was suppose to be indoor only and you're suppose to murder AI. I may redesign my game someday.

Couldn't get it to run but that's because I'm running Ubuntu and I'm having some problems with Wine. Sorry, I would've loved to play it though.
-
So I tried it out. The environment looks good and everything, but I have no clue what I'm supposed to do here. I ran around the map for 10 minutes or so, but all I get is you may or may not run around and hit people with your flashlight until you have to go grab an antidote every five minutes. So, what's the premise of the game? I suppose at some point you turn into a wolf based on the bio on your indiedb page, but that's all I understand at the moment. I'd really like to know, it looks like you put a lot of work into this.

I don't know what to do? I played local server and jumped in the fire.
-
I was unable to play multiplayer (no open servers) so I started my own server. I think it's a cool game, It needs to be polished up though.
-
Sounds interesting.
-
I'll give it a spin.
-
I'll play it soon!

I will when I get home from school, saving thread for now.
