I have I choose between the Geth and the Quarians. Which one has more benefits and how will it affect me? Which one do I pick?

Geth > Dickhead Quarians. Now, I'm totally not biased because I worship the Machine God but objectively speaking the Quarians are a bunch of dicks to the Geth and need to be taught a lesson.
