Even we can't say that in a very short way. At least they have one single word for it. Does English have a short version of a word with that meaning

Actually, all the components are there if you translate it. But I guess it is cheating, Greeks have a system for overdefining words. For example, in (ancient) Greek, one could use one word for the concept of "throwing up on another man from above downward coming from the mouth".
