Say your name is Zachary and you were born 01/22/88 (Neither of those match me don't bother trying) then the password would come out as: Z0a1c2h2a8r8y It looks likes gibberish if someone sees you type it in yet is easy to remember. Adding a mix of capital letters and simple symbols nets you a pretty good password.
