Well flood, I'm getting a divorce.
I'm perfectly fine with it too. On Thursday I found out my wife was sleeping with some jackass while I was at work. I kicked her out and had a little talk with him on Friday. The only thing I care about right now is keeping custody of my daughter. I'm not going to start being "single" again until everything's gone through and I'm not legally married anymore. Wat do?

1 ReplyWell, hire a good attorney, and be honest in court about everything. I can't give any specific legal advice, since Mrs Charlie doesn't know Florida law. Just remember the goal is to be separated as quickly as possible, and not revenge. The family law system is breaking because people want to punish the other party on the way out.
