The immortality is a bonus along with great banquets and smarts, though I have the feeling if piss of a lot of other elves with "WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING SITTING AROUD HERE LETS GO GET THESE MOTHER-blam!-ERS!" Or "you know that can still kill you, me, the rest of us, and a elephant or two, so we should you know, run... A lot..."
