Is being legal legal?
I really need an answer.
This is in regards to laws being legal and I was wondering if something being legal was illegal.

The legality of a law concerning legality of possession of an object, committing an act, holding a belief is contingent upon the basis of law in a governed body. Speaking specifically of the US, the Constitution dictates what laws may be made on a matter, who may make them, the manner by which they are to be ratified, and in what manner they may be enforced. Determine what law or laws you are potentially breaking or about to break and then whether it/they was/were ratified Constitutionally.

2 RepliesThat's a good point. What would happen if doing things that were legal was illegal. But then again the laws only define what isn't legal as opposed to what is legal. So therefor you can't really do anything legal that is illegal because that would mean that you would have to imply that what you're doing is legal. So when you think about it, pretty much everything you do is legal that doesn't involve breaking the law. Man, you'd have to send everyone to prison, or hell, just annihilate the entire earth because everyone would be breaking the law. It would be the logical conclusion to justice. Total annihilation of the human race.
