The medical examiner believes that St. Clair died from asphyxiation due to the "wedgie" and from blunt-force trauma to the head.
According to the UrbanDictionary.com, an "atomic wedgie" is a term to describe as when someone is wearing "underwear and someone pulls up on the waistband and tries to pull it over the receiver's head."
Davis told police the physical struggled after St. Clair hit him with a TV tray and Davis responded back by punching St. Clair.
Davis' mother and brother told police that St. Clair had a history of violence and was aggressive when he'd been drinking.
They also said St. Claire believed Davis had burned down his shop last year. Davis said that was part of what led to the fight.
Davis is now charged with murder in the death.[/quote]
