This actually shot up to one of my most anticipated game this year, this one unlike Aliens CM looks really promising (I hope) this is exactly what I have always wanted in a Alien game, fingers crossed for this game.
-
Gearbox isn't working on it, so I'm excited.
-
Hopefully this won't be a train wreck like Colonial Marines and brings some hope back to the franchise. The game at least looks very atmospheric and scary which are things that Colonial Marines was missing entirely (among other things). From what I've read about the game is that the Alien will try to learn your movements and tactics so that w/e you try later on in the game, it won't work apparently. Seems like getting spotted by the Alien equals game over as well since it's damn near impossible to escape from it. I think I'll wait for the reviews on this just to be sure, while it looks promising I'm NOT falling for that crap again lol.

another false ad ?
-
Ill wait until I see more to make a judgement, but I DO like how the Xeno is walking upright instead of crawling around like a bug.
-
The trailer footage shown uses the in-game engine, and represents a work in progress.
Nice try Sega. Nobody is going to fall for that again.

Ive been waiting on an aliens game thats more spooky-centric for a long time. The last one that did that for me was that old "Alien Trilogy" game for the PSX, even then its intent was to be more of an action game. It was 2spooky for me back then. Im encouraged by the fact that gearbox isnt developing this, but I havent heard of the developer behind this one. Ill stay optimistic, as I have for a while. I mean, theoretically someone should be getting it right sometime soon.. right?

Judging from the details we have, the gameplay videos, and the trailer, thus looks like everything I've ever wanted from an Aliens game. I'll be sure to keep my expectations in check.
-
Still waiting for Alien vs District 9.

I'm sorry Goji, I cannot allow this game to succeed. The Powers that Be have decreed that the Alien franchise must never rise again. Say hello to Colonial Marines 2: Electric Boogaloo.
-
And so my hype of the resurrection of the Alien series begins. If Sega let's me down they'll be getting a few lawsuits
-
Finally, an Alien game where the Alien is actually a force to be feared... rather than simply shot. I'd give this a try.
-
Dammit! I don't want to get fooled again but it looks like an awesome concept!
-
YAY! I can't wait to be disappointed again! its always so fun! <(^.^)>
-
sega watr u doin sega stahp
-
Well, unless they manage to fuck it up more than Gearbox did Colonial Marines, the worst we can assume is that it will be mediocre.
-
Hopefully this will be a good survival horrer game
-
That looks awesome! I love the ALIEN franchise.
-
No more!
-
It actually looks really good. Great atmosphere and vibe, especially the graphics and the alien. It was about time someone did an amnesia sort cross over with Alien.
-
Oh man, no way am I excited after the failure that was colonial marines.
-
I'll wait for Angry Joe's review of this before I consider buying it.
-
After Colonial Marines they are going to have to try pretty hard to sell me on this. I'm not ruling it out, but if it is anything like Colonial Marines, theirs no way I'll get it.
-
Like everyone else I'm extremely skeptical, however, It looks like an Aliens version of Amnesia and that makes me excited. Sounds like we'll be playing as Ripley's daughter too.
-
As long as it isn't outsourced to TimeGate like Colonial Marines was, it should be cool.
