Read link. Operation Northwoods was a plan in the 60s when JFK was president to terrorize USA citizens, framing Cuba, in order to trick them into wanting war with the Cubans. JFK however refused this. DO NOT GET ME WRONG, I am not one to go around believing conspiracies, but isn't it strange after rejecting this idea he was assassinated?
