Ubuntu Desktop, I need help.
So, my dad just got me a free HP Compaq 8710p laptop. The only problem is that apparently it's set up on Ubuntu and it's running 13.04, which I know absolutely nothing about. This shit looks like a iOS/XP hybrid. What exactly is the Ubuntu OS and why is it on this computer?
