Maybe you were bitten by a radioactive bull and are becoming Bull Man. However as a result of your new bull powers, you've grown an irrational hatred of the color red and of all the colors on that child's hands, red is the most prominent and it infuriates you. It makes you want to charge at his hands like a mad man in an attempt to run them threw with your imaginary horns! Joking aside, I dunno, stuff like this kinda annoys me too, although not all that much. Maybe it's because people are taking a problem that some people have and are trying to invent non existent positives to such disabilities to perhaps make those affected feel better, as if they were children or something? I don't know.
