Marijuana is legal in both Colorado and Washington state now for recreational use as long as you are 21 years old. But only Colorado has set up their "state stores" for legal sales. As of today, Colorado has begun selling pot to its residents. Brave new world folks. First customer was an Iraq War vet.

Disgusting.

Good I hope all the potheads from Florida move there so they don't give me brain cancer.

It is also now legal to buy, sell, transfer, or manufacture automatic weapons, short barreled rifles, and short barreled shotguns in the state of Alaska without Class III paperwork from the ATF and thus no NFA intrusion. It is also illegal to attempt to enforce federal gun control laws in Alaska. Which state do you think the feds will go after first?

We should rename it Coolorado.

What kind of modifications have Colorado and Washington made to their laws about public intoxication and driving under the influence to account for recreational use of marijuana?
-
We only have one state in our country where we can only grow weed not sell. I don't think there is an age limit
