Have you painted other stuff before?
I would think acrylics would be more harmful than make up would be considering make up is designed for the skin an acrylics for tough fibers on a canvas.

And I don't really know of other kinds of "safe" paints, and even less about makeup Xb But I only paint my face depending on how I feel or what I feel I look like on the inside >_<
