2 part question. Should the Oakland Raiders fire Dennis Allen and if so who should they target as their next head coach? Keep in mind that even though Allen has led the raider to an 8-24 record over the past couple years, the talent on the roster has been "lacking" to say the least, however it can be argued that little to nothing has improved in the course of said two years. What do you do?
