What if the DMR was a Bolt Action Rifle
This may seem like a crazy idea, but what if the DMR became a bolt action rifle in Halo 5. Same concept, same range, just with an added bolt action mechanism to prevent spam and lower the fire rate.

So you mean; lower the fire rate. I personally have no problem with one gun being the favourite or utility weapon. Pistol, BR, DMR. This isn't a new thing.
