My sister is having a party downstairs with her female friends
They are making too much noise which is distracting me from my daily tap-dancing exercises...however, some of them are indeed quite attractive

Go down in your underwear, look them straight in the boobs and/or buts, and tell them to be quiet. Seriously: I don't expect to to find a solution that doesn't makes you look weird, and my solution above might get you in trouble.
