I was having this argumemt with a friend...
Is it fair to use cracked minecraft for PC if you have already bought it on your xbox?
(I was arguing tht it wasnt fair)

Mojang is an awesome developer. You buy the game once and they keep updating it for free. It's practically a whole new game from when I bought it. Screwing them over is not only a dick move, but also illegal. I can't demand to have $100 fee for Halo CE for Mac waved because I own it on the console. Tell your friend to stop being cheap and respect the developer.

Edited by Flee: 12/27/2013 3:26:56 PMLegally? No, it's piracy regardless. Morally? One could argue that, having already paid for the game on one platform that you no longer use, it is somewhat justified to "move" it to another platform without paying for it all over again. But I still wouldn't call it fair.

No, buy the damn game and don't be a cheap ass

This is like the Alpha-brats saying they deserve the 360 MC for free.

No. But pointless argument aside, he'll/she'll/you'll pirate it anyway.

Edited by Unisaur 64: 12/27/2013 3:16:19 PMIt's pirating all the same, so, no; it's not fair.

Edited by Gatsby: 12/27/2013 3:16:07 PMErm no? That's like saying because I have Assassins creed 4 on xbox 360 I should get it for free on ps4, xbox one, ps3 and pc.

Pirating is pirating.
