I don't think it's really that much of an accomplishment knowing another country's capital. Like how would knowing the capital of a place such as Bhutan or Ghana be of any use to somebody? Hell, one doesn't really need to know capitals outside of Western Europe, Russia, East Asia, and the US.

I didn't say she was smart because she knew the answer to that question, i mean in general.
