Do I need a super powerful computer to Run Total war: Rome II?

I've kind of wanted to get it for a while, but my computer isn't really optimised for gaming. I kind even really seem to find much about the computer anyway, All I can find is that it has 4GB of RAM (3.60 usable) and an AMD E-300 APU with Radeon HD Graphics 1.30 GHz. Is this enough information for you to make a judgement about whether it could run it to the degree that it wouldn't be so laggy it's enjoyable?

For future reference, Speccy will show you everything you need to know about your computer's specs. You should also try Can You Run It. Not entirely accurate, but it should give you an estimate. Either way, my guess would be that you can't properly run it. Even though the game does not require a "super powerful computer", it's still pretty demanding and I doubt that a laptop like yours can run it at a playable framerates. Maybe on the lowest settings, but I wouldn't be too sure.
