He's going to the hobbit with joe? Please ask him to join 343 dammit!
What is your favorite game type in Halo 4? - YouTube Unyshek SWAT.
Well, shit.

He heavily implied that the Arbiter and his co-conspirators will return in Halo 5. He's basically teasing everyone like 343i did pre-Halo 4. I'm curious as to how the mysterious race from the Halo CEA Terminal 5 and the ONI Prowler Rubicon/343GS plays into this. The Infinity will almost certainly have a large part to play, as well as the MC/Cortana relationship. I wonder if we get the chance to fight the Insurrection for the first time in a Halo campaign...

Nothing special there except for more potential disappointment for the last dregs of the Halo fan-base. Nothing but non-committal half-assed answers and teasing that they can easily go back on later when they inevitably screw up the next Halo. They aren't looking to improve Halo, they're preempting an out for themselves in case they get held to the fire ,ike they did with Halol 4. Worthless company all around.

Has there been any discussion in regards to the merit of returning to a veto style voting system as opposed to sticking with the voting style from Reach / Halo 4? I will say that dedicated servers and cloud technology will give us options that expand upon that premise and the former rigidity of matchmaking, period. YEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEES!

Here's the reply I posted on the official thread.
He generally pussyfooted around on tough questions like I feared. The two hardball questions he did answer, he beat the bush so bad it caught fire from friction. To be clear, I believe the answers were not satisfactory because he didn't personally identify successes and failures. The last time he gave a vague 'Oh, we could have done better.', they still didn't listen to us about the big issues like sprint. The sustain team, at it's fullest, didn't really satiate us. We got a weapon tuning and better playlists. Now look where the game's population is relative to Reach's life cycle. Now he's singing the same old song, and why should we be satisfied? I'm not. Not yet. I'll have to wait and see what they're doing, like he said, but my pre order money is still in my wallet. However...I appreciated his answers on other matters involving the universe, and I'm happy there's a good chance of something like another Evolutions.
Edited by Doodling Hitman: 12/19/2013 7:12:20 PMWhy are there so many dumb questions like "Pancakes or whiskey?" "What's your favorite thing?" "What’s your favorite coffee and how do you flavor it? If you don't like coffee, maybe pop or beer?" "Frankie, would you give me a high five?" "What are your favorite pizza toppings?" "Does the Master Chief wear boxers or briefs?" "From one baldy to another, what's your favorite part about being bald?" "I have wanted to ask this question for ages. Do you wear a kilt?" |:/

What are you planning to do with the Arbiter and that of the Sangheili, in both the story and gameplay? - kaine nar rano Can’t talk about it. But a lot. This one Q&A made the entire piece.
-
"Why did Halo 4 suck?" Imagine if he was asked that question. Lol.

Edited by ROBERTO jh: 12/19/2013 7:40:58 AMWhat are the X1's impulse triggers? He says Halo 5 will use them. Also appreciate the acknowledgement of the negative reactions.

1.Will multiplayer be traditional? 2.Is Firefight returning? 3.Will more options be added to Custom games and Forge? Only questions I want answered number 1 being the biggest, if online is like Halo 4 then Halo Is dead to me.

Nice read, I've always found Frankie to be an awesome guy. And since he mentioned him: I know Joseph Staten is moving on to "new" things and Halo obviously isn't new to him but I really do hope that he comes in to do work on some of their projects.
