Highly highly doubt most of the flood can bench 200+. Highly doubt it. With that being said, I actually do workout and I enjoy weightlifting very much. I can currently bench 205 one rep max. Just barely though and on a good day. I've been trying for months to get it up but it goes up very slowly. Pecs don't grow that fast :(
