I care more about animals than humans
In general, I care more for animals than humans, mainly because we destroyed this for our own needs instead of letting Mother Nature take her course. If I'm given a choice between a hospital needing donations for children and a shelter for animals, I'll go with the animal shelter.
Places like Sea World and such depress me because of beautiful animals being kept in a fish tank for our enjoyment, while humans have access to a damn ocean.
Sure, we have endangered species protection agencies, but what's the point? We will just delay the inevitable end of whatever we killed off.
If we respect animals, we might as will put some memorials in slaughterhouses of each cow, pig, and chicken we killed. Yes, I know it's for food and needed to survive, but we can just hunt.
Just my two cents, TL;DR, I give more shits about animals than humans.

Same here, if I had to shoot a puppy or a baby... I'd be having BBQ Baby for dinner that night. It pisses me off when a dog gets put down for biting someone, anyone who is for that should also be for shooting murderers and rapists in the head. Slaughterhouses make my blood boil so much, if it was a respectful way of killing them painlessly so some fat -blam!- can gorge on his McDiabeetes burger then I wouldn't mind too much, but nooooo hire -blam!-ing psychopaths who enjoy torturing and killing the animals to get themselves off. We no longer [i]need[/i] to eat meat to survive well as a species, We are almost at the point of growing meat in test tubes, when this is mainstream there will finally be no excuse to have those disgusting places for budding ted bundy's to practice beating pigs to death with sticks. Grrrrrrr.... now I have to go and kill some people on Prototype... I really should avoid stuff like this because it always winds me up so much.
