You're a beta if...
- You spend more money on cultivating your body than helping out your community.
- You know more about human muscles than you do politics regarding your own country.
- You spend more time working out than you do working for community service.
- You use the word "beta" instead of using words like "giving" and "to those in need."
- You HAVE eaten or consumed foods that are associated with the gym culture, and have NOT helped feed a family that was hurt by a natural disaster, or catastrophic event.
- You spend more time playing videogames than you do at the local foodbank
- You've spent more money on hobbies such as; Gaming, clubbing, smoking, drinking, hanging with friends, etc, than you have on donations
- You take more than you give
This is your kind reminder that helping others is always something you can do to make this world a better place, even in the smallest way possible.
