I think 4A Games deserves many GOTY awards!
Sure The Last of Us was such an amazing game, and Naughty Dog has once again made me its b***h. However, if you had read the story about the development of Metro Last Light you would be amazed at the conditions that they were working in--and yet were able to pull this off!

They managed to produce a BEAUTIFUL game with such a wonderful story, and gameplay that outdoes Metro 2033 in every single way possible. The fact that the environment was absolutely horrid to work in, 4A Games managed to produce this game and have it come out grandly and not Ride to Hell style.

1 ReplyI'm in the same boat as Tartan. I've heard wonderful things about Last Light, but 2033 was really..... a drag. It had a nice environment, and I liked all the underground factions but it was kind of a chore to play through.
