I got my first Shiny Pokemon
Not counting the Red Gyarados, of course.
It was a Amaura. -blam!- yeah.

I found a shiny sandshrew in gold or silver, in that cave between the first and second gyms. My team were all lv18-21. It was lv8. It KO'd my entire team :(

I have no memory of ever encountering a shiny in all my Pokemon years. This doesn't rule out the possibility of me encountering one and being too young to understand what it was an K.Oing it, because I might have a vague memory of this happening, I just don't want to remember because it's too depressing.

I remember the first time I found a shiny Pokemon. It was one of those moments you had an NOC partner who battled with you. The [i]first[/i] thing I did was KO all his Pokemon so he couldn't rob me of my shiny.
