Dated December 4th, 2013: For those who don't feel like reading the entire 14-page Gameinformer article, here is a video breakdown by DattoDoesDestiny. Good video that covers all the important highlights. Make sure to check it out, there is A LOT of new info. Enjoy!
Datto: In today's edition of Destiny News, I break down the Game Informer article posted yesterday in their magazine. There's a ton of new information in this article, with Focus, aka Talent Specializations being one of the more elaborate things we learn about.
I apologize if there's any broken keyframes, spelling errors or any missing details (I don't think I missed anything). I recently started a new job, so I worked 10 hours, came straight home and worked on this video for 8 hours, so I'm a bit tired. If you find any errors, please let me know and I will correct them with annotations. If I wasn't working, I could have got this up sooner, so my apologies there as well.
Edited by MartinOfRedwall: 12/7/2013 6:50:10 PMI just realized that because the original version of Destiny was set in medieval times, they probably just carried over all the names of planned enemies into each enemy race because they worked so well.

Fallen: Viscious space pirates descended from a once honorable species from different noble houses. Now they are nomadic and aggressive. They Originate from deep space and they have distinct sigils from the house they belong too. Souls burst from their heads when you shoot them (...nice). Cabal: Industrial, militaristic, and warmongering expansionists. The Rome of Space. Vex: Mentioned to be possibly from another time and space, they got here using warp gates. Robotic bodies with remnants of organics, some are humanoid while others more anamilistic, all often with claw-like hands. Hives: Ancient race that kept themselves alive in sarcophagus like ships. They typically burrow into a planet regardless of the damage it may cause and burrow tunnels and dungeon like caverns. Burst into dust and embers when you kill them. what about these?

I read the whole 14 pages and sweet Jesus, this game is gonna blow peoples minds. Just when I think I can't get more excited it happens. One thing I have to mention are the screenies, they're awesome. But the best part is the character renders. Kick ass does not do them justice, they look AMAZING!!! Warlock with a single horned helmet check, Titan with Vex looking armor check. That's all I'm gonna say, buy the digital edition and check everything out! Tons of cool content.

So you actually give no information whatsoever on the Game Informer article, just a 2 minute attempt to get subscribers? Lame dude, very lame.
