So my issue today is with how much I all-around despise my teeth and mouth. I have so many issues with them, and I can't be sure if anyone shares mine.
1. Mine are crooked.
I would rather just smile with my mouth closed then ever show my teeth to the world, and it turns out that I'm not suitable for Invisalign, so I'm probably going to have to get Braces at one point. Oh joy.
2. They're not very White.
My teeth aren't Yellow, but they're not exactly White either. I brush several times a day, and mouthwash every 3-4 so as not to scald my gums and such too much. Doesn't seem to help.
3. Even right after a thorough brushing as recommended, there's still Tartar and my teeth don't look or feel clean.
It feels like the stuff is glued on when I brush, but simple picking in-between or at the front of my teeth get it off. I don't know what I'm supposed to do if I brush at the right angle and they still aren't clean and I can't floss the front near my gums, which is where it collects usually. Regardless, they always look gross.
4. I have a slight case of Gingivitis apparently.
Even with brushing and rinsing, I still got it somehow. Not really sure how, but I did, and I don't know in which section it is.
5. My gum line is receding near my teeth.
My teeth are being made more and more bare from my earlier times brushing I guess because I've been doing it wrong for so long I guess, and now more of my teeth are showing, and although I am not informed enough to make a guess if they could just fall out if it continues, I have to say that it's still not looking great.
I'd say that's most of my issues with my teeth at the moment, but nonetheless if I wasn't having any of these issues, I'd probably be a lot better looking and more average. So far though, my jaw and mouth is a cluster-blam!- of problems.
(Oh and I still need to get my Wisdom Teeth pulled, three to be exact :/)
Does anyone share any of my issues? :(

See the Dentist?

Dude I have cracks in my one of my two front teeth, and I'm in highschool...

I'm sorry you're going through this. My to-be-husband used to have his front tooth chipped just a little bit, and even after he brushed his breathe always just smelled bad - and it caused him to almost never smile because of that insecurity. He went to the dentist and got it fixed along with some things filled, and now he smiles like no other. Have you consulted a dentist about these things? Maybe they can give you some pointers. I feel quite blessed to have the teeth that I do. :/ I don't know what I'd do if I couldn't fix the problem. . . I hope it gets fixed, or at least find some kind of remedy to help keep it from deteriorating further.

Braces were decent, sure you'll be mad as hell in the first month, bit you get used to them. Once you get the rubber bands, you can even tell your teachers a bullshit excuse that the rubber bands hurry and you can't talk.
-
Mine are crooked but nothing that I'm embarrassed about. I'll be getting Invisalign soon. Also, my front right tooth is a little chipped. I'll be fixing that as well.
-
Braces aren't even that bad
-
Also try to cut back on sugar consumption. Sugar is basically the only reason we brush our teeth today.
-
Your teeth won't just fall out of your skull you're fine
-
My jaw muscles is messed up so when I eat I can hear and feel a popping noise inside my jaw and it hurts
-
I normally simile with my mouth closed but everytime I do, someone asks me if there is a problem with my mouth. Pity me flud
-
ill leave this here .....

I have braces. You will get no pity from me.
-
My teeth never seem quite white... They're always off, but not exactly yellow. Anyways, go for the braces sooner rather than later. Trust me.
-
My right molars are crooked, which will lead to gum disease in my later years (40-50) if not corrected. Other than that, braces worked wonders.
-
My teeth/gums have been hurting lately. I've never been good with brushing/flossing.
-
I had braces. I dreaded adjustments...very painful. Worst part of braces is spacers.
-
Go to a dentist

The only thing I can recommend is cybernetic replacements. Robot overlords don't have teeth problems.
But really, you do have my sympathies.
I also have pretty crummy teeth. Apparently I have a nice ol' congenital Enamol deficiency or something impressive sounding like that. Which basically means all that fruit juice I drank as a toddler Shrekt my teeth. I've had filling in all of the Molars and I had on particularly nasty tooth pulled a while back. It kept getting infected and the pain... dear god... I'd rather piss out a tennis ball than get that toothache again. But now it's gone and I have a bit of a gap there but the rest of my teeth shuffled along to close it up a bit. I can't wait for wisdom teething round 3 though. I've had two bursts of it and it's hell on earth. Mine aren't pearly white either but to be honest, if you teeth are that colour you are probably bleaching them which is cheating. They aren't mean to be smoker's yellow but everything we eat stains them a little and short of annihilating your jaws to shine them toothy pegs, there isn't a lot you can do. As long as you brush them twice a day you should be fine. Unless you chug Cola 24/7 in which case you are -blam!-ed. lol.

I'm in the same position, apart from the gingivitis but.
-
Braces, they're a pain in the ass but they help so much. My teeth are a little yellow but not too noticeably and my top 2 and bottom 2 are a little rough on the edges. I was planning on going to a cosmetic dentist at some point and getting them whitened and smoothed.

See a dentist and get a cleaning done.

I have one or two of those problems too. Speaking of braces and such, the dentist says that my teeth are crooked, but I can only see, like, 1 or 2 actually outta place or something. I don't know if it's just the rebellious teenager in me, but I just don't care and don't want them.

1 year braces fixed my crooked teeth and i drink too much coffee for my teeth to be pearly white, everything else is beyond my feels.
