All the really powerful superheroes are lame marysues anyway. The only Superhero protagonists I've ever liked were Iron Man (more as Tony Stark, less as Iron Man), and Batman. Characters like Thor and Superman, for example, are very boring and unrelatable. I mean, look at Superman. When the hell has anyone ever been able to sympathize with him? Writers try to make these heroes seem less lucky because "Oh no! Superman can't save everyone!" So what, am I supposed to be sorry for him because instead of being literally perfect, he's just [i]mostly[/i] perfect? Screw that noise.
