Otthild JUSTICE!-Must Read
I was watching that GIF and wondered why the dog was alive at the end, why the dog was wagging its tail and kept calm?. For Those who haven't seen it,It shows a man pulling the rope from a pulley,the dog is panicking. Then later relaxes and wags its tail with its head up. Next to it says "I DEAD" which was the JOKE it wasnt dead! It's a training exercise! So in conclusion the video was harmless and not abuse just controversial exercise therefore Otthild can be un-banned since the GIF seemed bad but it wasnt really intentional abuse.
