When people say "bad neighborhood"...
What do you think they mean? A neighborhood with a high crime rate? Racism?
For me, I usually think they mean a certain race that mainly lives there, because Yuno.. Mexican families aren't very fond of any other race other than Americans.

Where I live it usually means it's a bad neighbourhood due to a high paramilitary presence or because of a high presence of prats/shmicks, not because of any particular race or nationality.
