I guess it depends on a few factors really. Is said loli an actual minor or just looks like one. Is said loli there for fanservice, for lulz or some other purpose. Is this show of a more ecchi nature, a comedy, some bastardized harem/comedy/wtf If it's not overkill on perving out, and is say 98% or more for the lulz, sure. (unless it's something absurd to the point of parodying itself like puni puni poemi.. then well.....)
