to pinch the undersides of your fingers? okay [spoiler]i always start on my left hand. first i take me right thumb and the nukle of my right index finger. okay now you know how to pinch 3: on your index finger on your left hand is divided into three parts. i usually start pinching the first section. (the one closest to the palm of your hand). basically all you do is pinch and pull over and over. for me it actually feels really good and i can zone out while i pinch and squeeze my fingers. sometimes it gets really intense/ weird for who ever just happens to see.[/spoiler]
