I'd have to go with:
Oblivion
Bioshock

Morrowind. I remember spending a good 10 minutes trying to stab a crab and then giving up. Played it again four months later and it became one of my greatest addictions.

Edited by NAStheMagiking: 11/20/2013 10:33:41 PMMass Effect. I remember trying it, not liking it at all, and not touching it again for months. I then decided to try it again, and something clicked - especially when you first get to the Citadel. That was a close call, I nearly missed out on one of the greatest game franchises I've ever played; and my favourite new IP of this gen. The first game also turned out to be my favourite of the trilogy.

Battlefield: Bad Company
-
Halo 4...the only thing I like us the cool armor
-
BF3. Hated it at first traded it in 2 months after release, re bought it earlier this year fell in love now I can't put down BF4.
-
Fable 3 Actually it's more like I disliked Fable 3 at first, then grew to love it, then finally disliked it again.
-
Skyrim got stuck when this woman aridene I think her name was spawned killed me every time then I relieved I can load a Diffrent save (I was new to skyrim then...)
-
Reach. I hated it, then liked it, then hated it even more. And now my appreciation for that game is so big these days I think it could outright be the best Halo.
-
Reach.

Mass Effect I first played it in 2008 and for some reason couldn't get into it. Then in january of 2012 I bought it on games on demand. I played though the first two just in time for Mass Effect 3 and I can't wait to see what Bioware does next.

None really. If I hated it, it was permanent.
-
Skyrim, FarCry, Borderlands, BF, Halo (LASO) I hated these at first but have at least a week in-game time with them all.
-
Glover (N64) Borderlands Dragon Age 2 Final Fantasy XIII
-
Skyrim

Red Alert 2 Freedom Fighters Halo Wind Waker Call of Duty 2 Call of Duty: Black Ops Crysis 2

The first Mass Effect. It might just be my favourite Mass Effect.
-
Donkey Kong 64 Marathon
-
I didn't enjoy Monster Hunter at first. Since then I've put 500 hours into MHTri
-
Halo. I was used to playing Golden Eye and Perfect Dark. I hated the fact that you could only carry two weapons. But after a big law party I grew to love it. Then once I played the campaign I grew to love the story more than the multiplayer.

Dark Souls may be the sole game that I found frustrating at first and stopped playing after a while. Eventually, my brain had an urge to finally tackle it again. I've since beaten it and played put forward quite a few hours. By far one of my all time favorite games now and the sequel is on my most anticipated list. Hell, I've gone back and I'm dabbling in Demon Souls now too.

Battlefield. First game was Bad Company 1 and I had no freakin clue as to what I was doing. Played Battlefield 3 and I had somewhat of a clue as to what I was doing but I was still a noob. Learned really quickly the ins and outs of BF3 (and mind you I played on the 360 version) and now I extremely look forward to BF4 on Xbox One here in a couple of days. Other than that though I would have to say Grand Theft Auto... I started off playing Vice City, which was ok, but overall I disliked it. Then I played about an hours worth of San Andreas and I hated it very much. Finally I was convinced to get GTA 5 and it was an absolutely amazing game. I've already sold it back to Gamestop but only because I 100%'d the game and I got to like level 60 in the GTA Online.

Minecraft

Reach. Then, I discovered Invasion!

Both Mass Effect and Morrowind because I had no idea what I was doing.
