Anyone else having a problem connecting to Youtube?

I keep getting "500 Internal Server Error" whenever I try going on Youtube in the past hour and right now. Anyone else getting this?

Videos are constantly buffering for me, in addition to the sound being messed up, but it's surprisingly only on my desktop. YouTube is fine on my phone and tablet.
