I got the game for the Xbox 360 but as far as I can tell I didn't get that far into the game before becoming bored of it.
However, I saw a PC copy of Fallout: New Vegas Ultimate Edition for £6.99 where I work and I don't know whether to buy it because it's a good price for an ultimate edition or whether it'll end up being a waste of money.

Its the real Fallout 3.
-
Didn't really like it on X360 but I recently got it on PC and modded the crap out of it. I think it's a lot better than Fallout 3.
-
I personally liked Fallout 3 more mainly because I liked the general environment more. Not to mention the DC metro is like 45 minutes away from where I live so I've been to most of the places in real life.

Just get to the strip/ freeside, and you will realise that the game is brilliant. Just slow getting into. Unless you're like me and kamikaze the Deathclaws to get there better.

Wasnt as good as F3.

Better than Fallout 3.

Yes! NV is one of my favorite games of all time.
-
I'd buy it... Oh wait... I already did, so yeah I would totally recommend it.
-
I got a year out of the GOTY edition.

Bethesda games are infinitely better on PC. The Ultimate Edition of F:NV is certainly worth it at £6.99.
-
Get it. Then mod the shit out of it.

I was unlucky and got a game ending glitch. When I restarted the legion killed some people that they weren't suppose to so that stopped a chunk of side missions..
